Microsoft’s TechEd 2013 North America(Opens in a new window) kicks off from New Orleans this morning. The conference, aimed at IT professionals and enterprise developers, begins with a keynote address(Opens in a new window) starting at 9:30 a.m. Eastern; check it out live in the video below.
This morning’s keynote will feature an update from Brad Anderson, corporate vice-president of Windows Server and System Center at Microsoft, followed by a live press conference at 10:30 a.m.
Later, Redmond will also have sessions on Microsoft datacenter technologies, a live demonstration of the tools and techniques used by cybercriminals and cyber warriors today, and Windows server virtualization.

Microsoft recently promised to reveal(Opens in a new window) more details at TechEd about how “Windows 8.1 will also include big bets for business in areas such as management and security.”
