HTC’s new Desire Eye smartphone and Re camera will arrive on AT&T this Friday.

The 6-inch handset comes in Coral Reef white for $149.99 with a two-year agreement. AT&T is also offering it(Opens in a new window) contract-free for $549.99, or for $0 down on an AT&T Next plan—either $22.92 per month or $27.50 per month.

While you’re at it, get a $50 discount on the HTC Re, a $199 16-megapixel camera, with the purchase of the Desire Eye phone (pictured) or HTC One (M8) on a two-year or Next plan through Jan. 8.

HTC unveiled its latest smartphone in October—a plastic-encased device with a 13-megapixel front camera for super-sharp selfies, a MicroSD card slot to supplement the 16GB of storage, and a 5.2-inch, 1080p IPS LCD screen.

But what’s a comically large camera without some new photo modes, including Split Capture, which takes photos or videos with the front and rear cameras, then displays them side by side.

Powering features like Photo Booth and “Crop-me-in” is the 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and a 2400mAh battery.

The Desire Eye is expected to arrive on T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless by the end of the year.

The Re point-and-shoot camera, meanwhile, includes a 16-megapixel camera sensor and 146-degree wide-angle lens. It integrates with your smartphone to automatically back up photos and videos to the cloud. In your choice of white, orange, or blue plastic, the periscope-looking accessory makes it easy to take quick snapshots of your kids or shoot amateur videos of streetscapes.

As PCMag analyst Sascha Segan pointed out last month, the viewfinder-less Re (right) comes with a learning curve.

“I found I had to stay conscious, at least for a little while, of where that big lens was pointing,” Segan said. “Take some time to adapt, though, and it’s considerably quicker to use than a smartphone or point-and-shoot.”

The always-on grip sensor means the gadget automatically wakes up in time to capture the moment. Tap the shutter button once for photos, or press and hold to take videos. The Re syncs with Android and iOS devices, so you’re not tethered to HTC’s newest handsets for cloud storage.

“Both HTC Desire Eye and Re have many great features that allow you to capture your moments—all on the nation’s most reliable 4G LTE network, covering more than 300 million Americans,” Jeff Bradley, senior vice president of AT&T’s device marketing and developer services, said in a statement.

If you’re pining over the Desire Eye’s new features, but don’t want to shell out the cash for the latest device, HTC promised a bunch of older branded phones will get the “HTC Eye Experience,” complete with new camera modes and software to make them more like the new smartphone.

Android and iOS users will also get access to HTC Zoe, the auto-movie-making app that’s been in beta for a while.
