If you’re looking for a new commercial all-in-one, Acer has something up its sleeve for you.

The Taiwanese electronics giant on Friday announced that its new 20-inch class Veriton Z series all-in-one desktops are now available for business, education, and government users. The Veriton Z2640G series includes two models, giving you the choice of either Windows 8 Pro or Windows 7 Professional.

The $539 Veriton Z2640G-UC1007X comes with an Intel Celeron processor 1007U, along with 2GB of SDRAM DDR3 (expandable to 16GB). The $599 Veriton Z2640G-UP2117X, meanwhile, packs an Intel Pentium Processor 2117U and 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM (also expandable to 16GB).

The new all-in-ones feature a screw-free chassis design and modular components, which should make for easy maintenance and upgrades. Both systems are housed inside a flexible frame that tilts from 6 to 60 degrees, so you can adjust the screen to your preference. They also come with removable feet and a wall-mount support so they can be hung on the wall when you’re in need of extra space.

Specs include: a 19.5-inch HD anti-glare screen with a 1,600-by-900 resolution, 500GB hard drive, 2-megapixel full HD webcam, two HD speakers, and an HD microphone for crisp, clear Web meetings. There’s also a USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, and HDMI-in for connecting to HD media devices with a single cable, as well as Acer’s dust defender, which prevents dust from accumulating inside the systems.

The devices are Energy Star 5.2 compliant, and come with a portfolio of tools for management and security, including an encrypted hidden drive for confidential files and a file shredder to get rid of sensitive materials.
