Though the fate of the office as we once knew it remains uncertain, that hasn’t stopped corporate-minded brands like Lenovo from continuing to elevate the communal work experience. This week, the company kicked off its CES 2022 season with the announcement of an upcoming new line of productivity and office-bound interactive panels, the ThinkVision LFD.

“LFD” stands for “Large Format Display.” During the company’s brief pre-CES demo, we got a preview of the largest of three models, the Lenovo ThinkVision T86. The full line will come in three size classes: 86 inches for the ThinkVision T86, 75 inches for the ThinkVision T75, and 65 inches for the, you guessed it, ThinkVision T65.

The ThinkVision LFD displays are powered by an integrated system-on-a-chip (SoC), running a customized version of the Android operating system. This added functionality means it can either cast its own video from built-in apps, or just work as a touch-screen monitor. In the latter case, that can be done either via a wired connection, or wirelessly connected to a PC via what Lenovo refers to as a “W20” dongle, shown in the image below…

Some of the add-ons that set the ThinkVision LFD line apart from any old big conference-room panel include its integrated Smart Whiteboard feature, which allows for multiple users to draw on the same surface.

ThinkVision LFD panels will also be well-equipped as videoconferencing hubs, with eight microphones aligned around the panel, two 15-watt integrated speakers, and an added 4K “AI-enhanced” webcam with a 122-degree field of view situated at the top.

All three displays will be available beginning in April of 2022. The ThinkVision T86 will be priced at $7,999 MSRP, with the ThinkVision T75 at $6,999, and the ThinkVision T65 at $4,999.
