As in years past, the last few weeks before today’s Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in San Francisco have been rife with rumors about OS upgrades and new hardware.

Apple will likely unveil iOS 7 (we have our own wishlist), and there are also rumors about a streaming music service called iRadio. On hardware, a new iPhone or iPod touch is probably still a few months away, but the most buzzed about rumor is the possibility that the company will finally update its Mac Pro workstation (after an almost three-year wait) and that MacBook Air laptops will be updated with Intel’s new Haswell processors.

Tickets for WWDC sold out within minutes, but if you have an iOS device, you can still watch the festivities. Apple confirmed(Opens in a new window) this morning that it will live stream its opening WWDC keynote on Apple.com(Opens in a new window), but only via Safari on iOS 4.2 and higher (iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch), Mac OS X 10.6 or higher, or second- and third-generation Apple TVs running version 5.0.2 or later.

PCMag will also be on the ground at the Moscone Center, as lead analyst Joel Santo Domingo and reporter Damon Poeter attend the keynote to give us a blow-by-blow account in PCMag’s liveblog below. Lead mobile analyst Sascha Segan will also be tweeting from @SaschaSegan(Opens in a new window). We’ll start our coverage at noon ET, and the keynote will start at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.
