Five Readers’ Choice Awards in a row and counting: Brother received the best ratings in our survey in nearly every key category.

Canon USA, Inc.
Canon’s overall satisfaction is down a little but the company is on top in the popular inkjet all-in-one device category. We’re pleased to see satisfaction with technical support has bounced back after taking a knock last year.

Xerox Corp.
Xerox’s overall satisfaction rating was second only to Brother. If the company can just reduce the number of printers that need repair it will make a real run for Readers’ Choice next year.

Samsung Electronics
Samsung was unable to repeat its impressive Readers’ Choice results from 2012, but respondents still gave it high marks, if not quite as high as its top competitors.
