It’s the hottest phone out there right now (if you ignore all of the rumors about an Apple iPhone 5, that is). We’re talking, of course, about the just-released Motorola Droid Bionic.
There’s been much hype about this smartphone, dating back to the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this past January. For months, though, it’s been a no-show. There were rumors of features and release dates—most of which were wrong—but nothing concrete. And then suddenly, back in July, the frenzy began anew. Our own mobile expert, Sascha Segan, got on board, listing the reasons why you may want a Motorola Droid Bionic.
Verizon teased the Droid Bionic, officially, at the end of August, with its “Rule All Machines” video. (Oh, and in case you didn’t know, the Droid Bionic is a woman…and she kicks ass, seriously.) The “world’s first dual-core phone on 4G LTE” went on sale this past Thursday.
So how does Sascha feel about the Bionic now that he’s tested the phone? Well, you’ll have to read his review to get all of the details, but this should give you a hint: The day after we posted his review, Sascha wrote a follow-up piece entitled “6 Ways the Motorola Droid Bionic Is Better Than the iPhone .”
Excited about the phone yet? Whether you’re waiting in line right now or pondering its purchase, one of the next questions you’ll have is “What can I do with this thing?” To answer this question, we’ve rounded up 16 products that you can use with or buy for your Motorola Droid Bionic right now. We’ve covered everything from chargers to cases to TVs. The Droid Bionic also works with a variety of docks, which can turn the phone into a desktop PC, bedside clock or laptop computer. For a look at those, check out our “Unboxing the Motorola Droid Bionic’s Accessory Docks” story.
