Topping tech headlines over the weekend, note-taking Web and mobile app Evernote suffered a hack, forcing the company to reset the passwords of all of its 50 million-plus users.

The attackers did not access payment information, but user names, passwords, and email addresses were compromised. The hack is believed to be the latest in a slew of high-profile attacks on Internet-based companies, Evernote said, including Apple, Facebook, and Twitter.

Meanwhile, Internet security and caching service CloudFlare was inaccessible for about an hour Sunday morning, forcing a number of websites offline. The outage took out CloudFlare’s own site, in addition to 4chan, Wikileaks, and another 785,000 sites using its service. A manual reboot and the removal of a filtering rule got the sites back up and running. CloudFlare will issue credit for Sunday’s hour of downtime.

In other news, the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft arrived safely at the International Space Station (ISS) Sunday morning, following a brief delay. Initially scheduled to arrive at the ISS on Saturday, a problem with three of the four thruster pods slowed its plans. Dragon will remain at the ISS for three weeks, after which it will return home with about 2,668 pounds of cargo, including the results of experiments that tested how life in microgravity affected the growth of plant seedlings, changes to the human body, and more.
