Things You Should Know

  • To see who you’re following on Facebook, open your profile and click “Activity log” → “Connections” → “Followers” → “Who you’ve followed…”.
  • On mobile, go to your profile and tap “•••” → “Activity log” → “Connections” → “Followers” → “Who you’ve followed…”
  • You can click or tap each profile, group, or list and select “Unfollow” to unfollow them.

Using Mobile

  1. Step 1 Open the Facebook app.


    This looks like a white “f” on a dark-blue background. If you’re signed into Facebook, the app will open to your News Feed.

    • If you aren’t already signed into Facebook, enter your email address and password before proceeding. If needed, you can reset your password.

  2. Step 2 Tap your profile picture.

    You can find this at the top of the news feed.

    • Your profile picture will open.

  3. Step 3 Tap  ••• .

    You can find this underneath your name.
  4. Step 4 Tap Activity log.

    This will be underneath View as.
  5. Step 5 Tap Connections.

    You can find this underneath Personal information. The section will expand.
  6. Step 6 Tap Followers.

    This is the subsection underneath Friends. The subsection will expand.
  7. Step 7 Tap Who you've followed and unfollowed.

    This is the second option.

    • A new page will open.
  8. Step 8 View your following.

    You’ll see a list of people, Pages, and other lists you follow.[1]
  9. Step 9 View your followers...

    View your followers (optional). If you want to see a list of people who follow your profile, do the following:

    • Go to your profile.
    • Tap •••.
    • Tap Activity log.
    • Tap Connections
    • Tap Followers.
    • Tap People who followed you.

Using Desktop

  1. Step 1 Go to https://www.facebook.com/...

    Go to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer’s web browser. If you’re already logged into Facebook, doing so will open your News Feed.

    • If you aren’t logged into Facebook, first enter your email address (or phone number) into the top-right corner of the screen and click Log In.
  2. Step 2 Click your profile picture.

    You can find this at the top-left corner of the page.

    • You’ll be redirected to your profile page.
  3. Step 3 Click  ••• .

    You can find this under your name.

    • A drop-down menu will open.
  4. Step 4 Click Activity log.

    This will be underneath Story archive.

    • A new page will open.
  5. Step 5 Click Connections.

    You can find this in the left sidebar. The section will expand.
  6. Step 6 Click Followers.

    This is underneath Friends. The section will expand.
  7. Step 7 Click Who you've followed and unfollowed.

    This is the second option.
  8. Step 8 View your following.

    You’ll see a list of people, Pages, and other lists you follow.

    • If needed, you can click a profile, page, or list and unfollow them.
  9. Step 9 View your followers (optional).

    Facebook users can choose to follow you without adding you first. If you want to see a list of people who follow your profile, do the following:

    • Go to your profile page.
    • Click •••.
    • Click Activity log.
    • Click Connections
    • Click Followers.
    • Click People who followed you.
