Prepare to start wasting even more time on Instagram, social media junkies.

Now when you visit Instagram’s Explore section, you’ll see Stories from accounts Instagram thinks you might be into, in addition to regularly posted photos and videos. Instagram started rolling out the new suggested Stories feature today, and it should reach all users soon, according to TechCrunch(Opens in a new window).

Like all the other content in the Explore section, suggested Stories that appear there will be based on the accounts you follow and the topics you tend to browse.

Although Instagram admits stole the idea for Storie from rival Snapchat, these new suggestions differentiate the two, as Snapchat does not offer up recommended accounts.

Suggested Stories will likely get a lot of eyeballs as the Explore section gets visits from 100 million people every day, or one-fifth of Instagram’s 500 million monthly users and a third of its daily active users, TechCrunch reports.

For the uninitiated, Instagram earlier this month first introduced Stories, a feature that lets you post multiple images and videos that are automatically assembled into a slideshow, which disappears after 24 hours and does not appear on your profile grid or in your photo feed. Snapchat has had an almost identical feature for the past three years.
