Facebook Live is no longer relegated to the social network’s app.

Web and iOS users can now stream content from Facebook to their television set through devices like Apple TV ($144.00 at Amazon)(Opens in a new window) or Google Chromecast ($42.97 at Walmart)(Opens in a new window) ; it’s coming soon to Android.

“We’re focused on creating video experiences that people want, and we’ve heard that people want different options for how and where they watch videos that they discover on Facebook,” product director Brent Ayrey wrote in an announcement(Opens in a new window).

So, gather some friends and snacks, search your phone or desktop for an interesting video, and press the TV symbol in the top-right corner to select a streaming device (any AirPlay- or Google Cast-enabled gadget). Then kick back and watch the latest Rogue One trailer on the boob tube.

While you watch, you can continue scrolling through your Facebook News Feed. You’ll see real-time reactions and comments to the video you’re watching on the TV screen. Prepare For an All-Video Facebook Feed

Video has exploded on Facebook in the last year or so (allegedly). And the social network dove head-first into it with the December launch of Live Video, which allows users to broadcast clips to the social network in real time.

The company in April beefed up the service by adding the ability to go live in Facebook groups and events, add filters, and post varied reactions as a viewer. You can also now skip ahead to the good parts of recorded videos and live stream for up to four hours(Opens in a new window).
